I tell stories through words, food, and conversation, creating spaces where faith, identity, and community intersect.

I’ve always believed that every story, every meal, and every conversation has the power to transform us.

From my earliest memories to today, I’ve been drawn to spaces where culture, faith, and creativity meet. Whether through writing, cooking, or hosting meaningful conversations, my mission is to create moments where people feel seen, heard, and connected.

Life has taught me that our journeys are not just about reaching the finish line—they’re about the lessons we gather along the way, the connections we make, and the stories we choose to share.

Books & Work Highlight

I am the author of Turtles Win Rabbit Races and Forgiveness Is the Fragrance That the Violet Sheds on the Heel That Has Crushed It, two works that explore resilience, identity, faith, and the power of storytelling.

I also founded Sidekicks & Stoolz, a podcast and blog where we dive into purpose, identity, and personal growth, sparking conversations that encourage reflection and transformation.

Since 2019, I’ve served as Chef/Owner of Spirit & Soul Catering + Community, using food as a bridge to foster belonging, create connection, and remind us that some of life’s most meaningful lessons are shared around the table.

closing/invitation

Through all that I do, my hope is simple: to invite others to pull up a stool, share in the conversation, and rediscover the deeper connections that shape who we are.
