in 2019, I started Spirit & Soul Catering + Community, blending my passion for food and people through events that housed great food and engaging experiences of music, stories, and conversation. But in 2020, I followed my heart towards something deeper, using food as a language to foster consequential connections and nurture belonging. Through gatherings and storytelling around the table, I create spaces where flavor builds community, and every dish carries memory and meaning.
